1. Introduction
New Nexus Group, LLC (“New Nexus Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides retail commerce and go-to-market services to consumer brands. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, newnexusgroup.com (the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the choices available to you. It applies only to our Site and does not cover information collected offline or through third-party platforms we link to, including our job application platform (see Section 6).
By using the Site, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. It does not create a contract and does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
- Contact and inquiry information: name, email address, phone number, company name, and the content of any message, submitted through our “Schedule a Conversation,” “Request a Consultation,” “Get a Retail Strategy Audit,” or similar forms.
- Any other information you choose to include when you contact us directly, such as by email.
Information collected automatically
- Standard log data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring/exit pages, and timestamps.
- Analytics data collected through Google Tag Manager and associated analytics tools, which may use cookies or similar technologies to understand how visitors use the Site.
We do not use this automatically collected information to identify you personally beyond what is reasonably necessary for security, analytics, and improving the Site.
3. How We Use Information
- To respond to inquiries and provide the services or information requested;
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
- To understand how visitors use the Site through aggregate analytics;
- To communicate with you, including sending information you have requested; and
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
For individuals in the European Economic Area, we process personal information on the following legal bases: (1) your consent, including when you submit information through a contact form; (2) our legitimate interests, including operating and improving the Site, understanding how visitors use it, and protecting the Site from fraud and security threats; and (3) compliance with our legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it as described in Section 7.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (such as those associated with Google Tag Manager) for analytics and Site functionality. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect how the Site functions.
5. Do We Sell or Share Personal Information?
No. New Nexus Group does not sell personal information and does not share personal information with third parties in exchange for money or other valuable consideration. We use standard third-party service providers (such as analytics and email tools) solely to operate the Site and communicate with you; those providers are only permitted to use information on our behalf.
6. Job Applicants
New Nexus Group's open positions, when posted, are hosted and administered through BambooHR, a third-party human resources platform. If you apply for a position, your application materials are submitted directly to and handled by BambooHR under its own privacy notice, not this Privacy Policy. We encourage applicants to review BambooHR's privacy policy before submitting an application.
7. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the rights set forth below regarding your personal information. These rights are not absolute, may apply only in certain circumstances, and may be limited as permitted by law.
- Right to Access/Know. You may have the right to request access to personal information we hold about you, including information about how we use and share it.
- Right to Delete. You may have the right to request deletion of personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to Correct. You may have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right of Portability. You may have the right to receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you in a portable format and, in certain circumstances, request that we transfer it to another organization.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising. You may have the right to direct us not to sell or share your personal information or to opt out of processing for targeted advertising, as defined by applicable law. New Nexus Group does not currently sell or share personal information. Where required by applicable law, if you visit the Site with the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal enabled, we will treat it as an opt-out request for the device and browser you use.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information. You may have the right to limit our use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the Site or information you request, as permitted by applicable law.
- Restriction of Processing. You may have the right to ask us to stop or restrict processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
- Withdrawal of Consent. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.
- Right to Appeal. If we decline your request, you may have the right to appeal our decision by replying directly to our response.
- Managing Communication Preferences. If we send you promotional emails, you may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link. We may still send non-promotional messages, such as messages about a request you made.
We may need to verify your identity, such as by asking you to confirm your email address or other information we have about you, before honoring a request. Where permitted by law, you may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require proof that you authorized the agent and may also ask you to verify your identity directly with us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

8. Complaints
If you have a complaint about how we process your personal information, please contact us at support@newnexusgroup.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, depending on where you live, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Do Not Track (DNT) Signals
The Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals from web browsers. We do not change our data collection and use practices in response to such signals.
10. International Users
If you access the Site from outside the United States, your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States. The United States may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your country. When required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism recognized by applicable law, for transfers of personal information from the European Union or other jurisdictions.
For users in the European Union, by submitting information through the Site, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your personal information in the United States as described in this section, to the extent consent is required. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing support@newnexusgroup.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal and may affect our ability to respond to your inquiry or provide requested information.
11. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@newnexusgroup.com and we will delete it.
12. Data Retention and Security
We retain personal information collected through the Site only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, after which it is deleted or de-identified. Personal information collected through the Site is stored and processed in the United States. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
13. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites, including retailer or partner sites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy notices separately.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. The “Effective Date” above reflects the most recent revision.
